Full Version: Duplicate Missed Call Enties on T38G

I am having an issue with one of my customer sites where on the Yealink T38G phones whenever they miss a call (intercom or external) there are two entries for each call. All the miss calls have a red x in front of them and if you tried to return the call you are given a Forbidden error message and the call don’t go through. Any ideas on what may be causing this and what I can do to fix? The phones are running firmware version 38.70.0.125 or 38.70.0.115. Thanks

I'm experiencing the same situation with our T19P (31.72.0.75).
We have Call waiting disabled on our phones and every missed call after a conversation appears duplicated.

Can you post the solution here in the forum please?
