Full Version: Duplicate Missed Call Enties on T38G

I am having an issue with one of my customer sites where on the Yealink T38G phones whenever they miss a call (intercom or external) there are two entries for each call. All the miss calls have a red x in front of them and if you tried to return the call you are given a Forbidden error message and the call don’t go through. Any ideas on what may be causing this and what I can do to fix? The phones are running firmware version or Thanks

I'm experiencing the same situation with our T19P (
We have Call waiting disabled on our phones and every missed call after a conversation appears duplicated.

Can you post the solution here in the forum please?
