Full Version: Phone Lock

We just starting using Skype for Business - cloud based version. We purchased T48S phones. Although we disabled phone lock = the phone lock automatically becomes enabled again. Does anyone know how to fix this. We called Microsoft and they said this is not their issue.

Thanks for reaching out to Yealink.
This is because that the Phone Lock in the Skype for Business Server is enabled by default. After logged into the Lync/SfB (Skype for Business) account or the phone arrives the synchronization time, the phone will sync the server settings to enable the Phone Lock. You could ask your Lync/SfB Server administrator to disable this feature. Then your Phone Lock won’t auto disable again.
