I have a T46S phone that I just configured and it is only showing the name, not the number when a call comes in. I looked up how to adjust this and found info that says I should log into the web page for the phone and go to settings->Advanced. But there is no advanced option under settings.
Where can I change this?

What I do get for the caller ID display is the name. It just scrolls across. The number never appears though.
I'm using firmware 66.9.0.42 - just want to make sure that is correct and most current.

Thanks for the help. I've realized now that the number does appear (maybe the latest firmware change it, I'm not sure). It is very difficult to read though since the colors aren't so clear. Is there any way to customize that?
