I have a T40G phone that failed a firmware update. I can get it in recovery mode, but I need the T40G.bin and T40G.rfs files to complete the process.
Where can I get these files from?

Yealink doesn't provide recovery mode files directly to end users for security reasons.
Please contact your distributor or service provider to do recovery mode for you, they are willing to help you.
