Is it possible to change the line key LED colors? They are green flashing for hold, green flashing for new inbound call and green solid when on a call.

This is confusing for busy operator positions.

What I would like is say red flashing for hold and green flashing for new inbound call and green solid for active call.

Is this or something like it possible?

I am so sorry to tell you phone can not support this feature.
You can distinguish the new inbound or hold state through power led.
Power led can be setting whether flashing or not when a new incoming call or hold state.
You can set the fuction by web ui(Features->Power LED).
