Hi, make a scanner I can see that the telephone has open the TLS, Can I close it?

Phone will use TLS connection in many scenarios.
Can you let me know what kind of TLS connections in phones? Maybe register account? HTTPS connection? Or others?
And why do you need to close TLS connections?
