Hi,

We are looking to rollout T42's to our office initially using SIP and then Skype for Business Office 365 later in the year.

3 questions:

1. How to we go about upgrading the firmware to support SFB?

2. I understand I need to request SFB licenses via an online portal, are these licenses permanent and are there any costs?

3. Can the handsets be reverted back to SIP later on if required?

1. Below is the download link of the SFB firmware:

Note: After upgrading, please reset the phone to factory first. (Long press the OK button about 6s)

2. For the license, please refer to below FAQ: Free now! Also permanent!

3.Yes you can, just need upgrade the firmware form SFB to SIP firmware. Below is the download link of the T42S SIP firmware.

Note: Also after upgrading, please reset the phone to factory first.
