Full Version: T22p does not get IP, and does not access the web interface even by manually config

I'm having problems with a T22p, it can not get ip via DHCP, the screen keeps trying to get ip. but if I configure an ip manually via the device menu, I can ping the ip, but I can not access the WEB interface.
By performing the nmap on the device ip it reports that ports 80 and 443 are open.
Using Recover Mode, I can put any firmware, 7.70.0.150, 7.71.0.165, 7.72.0.80 or 7.73.0.50, even then, the problem persists.
Is there any other way to recover the device?

Jason

Hi Jason,

Can you please try reset the phone by long pressing the OK key?

If the problem is still there after the reset, is it possible to connect this phone to a different network to see if if it can get an IP from DHCP?

Kind Regards
Samuel Wang
Factory reset has already been made by pressing OK ..
I have already used the firmware that I passed, installed via recover mode.
Placed on other DHCP, did not work.
By assigning an IP manually either on the wan or pc interface, I can perform a port scan, ping the manually assigned ip.
But I still can not access the device via web (http or https) on both network ports.

regards
Jason

Hi Jason,

Sorry for replying late, can you please try to disable the LLDP and CDP on the phone menu>Advanced>Network>LLDP/CDP, meanwhile, please check on the phone menu>Advanced>Network>Webserver Type>Make sure the HTTP and HTTPS are enabled, and the port number are set to 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS.

Kind Regards

Hi,

In firmware 7.70.0.140 there are no such options.
In firmware 7.72.0.80 there are no such options.
Attached follows nmap of the device setting an IP.
Is there a ROM and BIN to apply to this device for recovery?
Having already used several firmwares and got no results.
I can not access the Webserver and the device can not acquire an IP via DHCP.

Regards,
Jason

Hi Jason,

There is no .bin file or .rfs file for T22P's recovery, to recover the T22P, you only need the rom file, which is the firmware itself.

If recovery doesn't fix it, then I believe it's hardware issue, please go to your phone provider for RMA if it is under warranty.
