Full Version: Questions about autoprovisioning for T21P E2

Hello! Two questions about autoprovisioning for T21P E2.

1) Does the phone support the old format of provisioning file (the one which was the only one up to firmware series 6x), or only the one introduced with 7x series firmwares?

2) IIRC, the .cfg files were named like "initial number+phone mac address.cfg", with the initial number identifiying a specific Yealink phone model. Since my PBX is a bit old it and it "knows" T21P, but not T21P E2... do their provisioning files differ, in "initial number" or anything else?

Thank you.
However, I don't get why, if I access the ticket system (https://ticket.yealink.com/) it seems to recognize me ("Welcome, Mauro") and seems to allow me to create new tickets (while the list of exiting tickets is empty), although I only have the old Forum registration...

Do I have to LOGOUT and then login again (after creating a new ticket-specific account)?
