We have bought two T21P E2 phones with firmware version 52.80.14.3 and when I configure it to work with Asterisk 13, I have found a bug with PJSIP driver. In some conditions we have one-way audio issue with PJSIP, as described here:

http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=8330

Then I upgraded one phone to latest firmware 52.82.0.20, but it is not helped me. Furthermore, a new firmware is worse then previous:
Titles on soft keys with russian language are not readeble
LDAP phonebook crashes sometime
And so on

So I have two questions:
Can I downgrade my phone to firmware 52.80.14.3 ?
And is there firmware without PJSIP problem?

Hello OSPFs,

Could you sent the PCAP, config.bin and syslog with level 6 to as, so we can check if it is the same to previous.

On the other hands, I would like to share more about the Codec Negotiation.:
1/ The phone sent invite with all Codec enable on the phone to server side.
2/ The server side sent 200OK back with Codec that the server side would like the phone to used.
3/ The phone choose the Codec that server side feedback.

For the firmware you used, it is for Russia area.

I'm sorry for my late response. In attachment logs from phone and one pcap from server. There was phone call from T21P to client with only G722 codec. T21P connected to Asterisk 13 with PJSIP driver, when it connected with SIP we have no such problems.

Hello OSPFs,

Sorry for the late reply.
From the Provided PCAP, both the phone side and the service side with audio correctly. So seems those files not contain the issue time.
I arrange our local distributor help on this. Will sent you another email.
Have a nice day.
