I'm verifying if I'm on current version firmware on the Jabra. If not I will update and test again and report back.

Upgraded firmware on Jabra Pro 9450 to current version 4.3.1 still same issue.
Got it working. Here is my setup.

Installed Jabra Direct software on computer, connected base to PC via usb, updated firmware to latest version. In base settings changed Desk Phone Hook lifter type to DHSG.

From Yealink EXT port used RJ12 cable to EHS, out of EHS via RJ45 network cable to base AUX port. Use the RJ11 cable (has blue strip on it) out of the base to the headset port on back of Yealink.

Make sure base has white phone led lit. Should work pressing the button on the headset.

May I know does this issue solved or not?

Both of your EHS36 or phone are running in the latest firmware so please make sure your headset is in DHSG mode so that it can control the phone.

I am experiencing this same issue with everything upgraded with the following Firmwares:
Yealink SIP-T46S = 66.82.0.30
EHS36 = 4.16.0.0
Jabra PRO 9450 = 4.3.1

I was able to get the headset to work for hanging up with an old EHS36 that I found running FW 3.16.0.0, but none of the EHS36 adapters will allow me to hang up on a call if running 4.16.0.0

Were you able to get this worked out?

Can you check something below to troubleshooting.
1. Please check do you connect correct, you can know more info via the FAQ below.

2. Would you please check 9470 headset setting.

When you access to phone setting of 9470 base, you can choose desk phone, then enter setup desk phone.

Choose Manual and select DHSG mode. Hope you can check do you modify the correct setting.
