Full Version: Problem with alert BLF in T27P

Hi, I have 2 T27P with the last firmware. I have enable alert BLF, and it was working fine, but sinde a few days, doesn't works, when I pickup to capture, when I have incoming calls, I see in the screen the call and I can press capture. I capture the call, but inmediately, hangup..

If I do the same, but instead of press capture, I press the key (blf), works..
If I press capture code, works.
Olny fails with capture key from alert blf screen.

It start to fail when I added a new phone in the PBX, I have no change in the phones, or in the configuration of my PBK..

Any ideas? Any test I can to do?

Thank you, now all the scenario is clear. But I need your help to reproduce this issue and feedback with pcap, config.bin and syslog(level 6), then I can do further analyzing at my side. Below is the FAQ about how to get the traces:

Note: I need two analyzing files, one time is using with capture key from alert blf screen, another time is using with press the key (blf). Then I can make a comparison.
