How can I get the phone to present the MAC as part of the SIP User-Agent ?
It does well on the T46 and after a lot of development using that feature we found out that other models don't. Even with same firmware version.
i.e.
The T29G uses this header:
User-Agent: Yealink SIP-T29G 46.82.0.20

The T46 uses this hearder:
User-Agent: Yealink SIP-T46S 66.82.0.20 001565beff65

Dear Henry,

This is Evan from Yealink Support team, nice to know you!

For this question, may I know that how your business or user experience is affected without this feature(User-Agent without MAC address)?

And do you mean the format of User_Agent is like below?
User-Agent: Yealink SIP-T46S 66.82.0.20 001565beff65 or User-Agent: Yealink SIP-T46S 66.82.0.20 00:15:65:be:ff:65

If so, the auto provision parameter as below shown may help:
sip.mac_in_ua= 2 ( V81 or higher )
0:Without MAC
1:MAC address separated by colon
2:MAC address not separated by colon

Please let me know if anything I could help. Hope you have a nice day!

Best Regards,
Evan You
