Full Version: Receive Call Priority

Hi Team,

My customer receive 15 calls per min, and they have to qualify the call before transfert it.

My issue concernes the priority of incoming call versus action on phone.
When users are making action on phone, when new call incoming, action is canceled.
So, I need the users finish their actions on phone, while a call is incoming.

I see feature about multicast paging priority, but I don't think that is what I need.

Phone : Yealink T27G
Firmware : 69.82.0.30

I think I understand what you mentioned, but the usage scenario is kind of special for us, would you please kindly record a short video to me for better understanding?

Normally, the incoming call won't interupt the action when you are doing some actions.

Thank you for your feedback.
This case affects the transfer menu. When I dial new call, no problem, but when I try transfert, the transfert menu will be cancelled for displaying the new call.

Thanks for the video, it's very clear for me, and glad to inform you for this request, the current firmware you are using(base on V82) has fixed it, but you need to set an extra parameter via autoprovision:
phone_setting.incoming_call_when_dialing.priority = 0

I just did the local test and prove it works, please kindly check and let me know if anything I could help.

I checked, but transfer's interface is still dropped when new call incoming. I would like it was the solution but seems not. Name's feature seems good, so ?

Firmeware, is the last, autoprovisionning was updated.
