Full Version: W60B Shared Call Appearance limitation

I have successfully configured Shared Call Appearance on the W60B. This interoperates correctly with 1 W56H and 2 Obi1022 phones.

The problem is when I add a 2nd W56H. With a single account registered and assigned to both phones, I am unable to BargeIn to a call from one W56H to another. I can BargeIn from the Obi1022 to the W56H and from the W56H to the Obi1022. I can see all the call status properly from all the phones.

As a workaround, I configured 2 accounts with the same configuration and assigned one to each W56H. This works! But I am now limited to a small number of shared lines because I can only have 8 accounts maximum. If I have 3 shared lines, I would consume 6 accounts total with 2 phones.

Is there a way to solve this? I don't want to consume duplicate accounts but need BargeIn to work with several lines and several W56H phones.
