Hello,

I have a SIP phone T23G 44.82.0.20.
An uaCSTA call is initiated from the server. The MonitorStart is correctly accepted. However after about 10 minutes, the server receives a BYE from the phone. I have tried to set the Keep Alive, to send an UPDATE from the server but none of this changes the problem.
What can explain the BYE sent ?

Thanks for your help.

I can now add more information to this post. Actually, our T23G is connected to the 3CX system which also establishes an uaCSTA call. When 3CX sends its REGISTER, it also sends the uaCSTA but it also sends a BYE to the other uaCSTA. Both 3CX and independent uaCSTA server are on the same IP : 3CX is 192.168.0.33:5060 and the uaCSTA server is 192.168.0.33:5062. I have attached the log.

Thanks for helping.

Dear Customer,

Is there any problem on your T23G or you just want to know why the phone sent a BYE sip?

I don't think this Invite or BYE is a phone call because it's from 803 to 803 Received from the 3CX, it's more like a mission sent from the 3CX server to check the phone status or something similar.

Kind Regards
