I am getting this error on 2 machines running Win 10 when I use the version .32 of BTOE connector. Please advise how I can get this resolved.

Hi Eric,
Please uninstall the BTOE, install the latest BTOE version and test again.
If still have problem, please provide the syslog of the BTOE(right click the BTOE icon, and export the syslog), and provide the screenshot of the error. We will do more debug.

Is this the correct version for only cloud installation only as the version number is way off from what I have been given previously.
3.0.0.32 is what I have installed on all other machines and is working
