Full Version: Can't get call pickup groups to work

Hi, using T22P phones on a MyPBX U100, and I can't work out how to do call pickup groups!

Are they handled purely through the phone, or is it linked to config in the PBX somehow?

I've setup the following:
• Account / Advanced / Group Call Pickup Code: *99
• DSSKey: LineKey1=Group Pickup, Value = *99, Line = Line1
• Features / Call Pickup:, Group call Pickup = Enabled; Group Call Pickup Code = *99

But when a phone is ringing and I dial *99, I get the following message on the phone: " Address Incomplete".

The feature is related to PBX server.

Firstly, please make sure that the code is correct.
Then, make sure that these phones are placed in a same group.
Finally, when a phone is ringing, you just need to dial out the group pickup code to answer in other phone. It's not necessary to configure the code in DSSKey.

Hmm, the setting is in the PBX, under extensions. Set all to a pickup group number, and then *4 to pickup a ringing phone.
