Hi,

We recently purchased another CP860 from One Direct (onedirect.co.uk) for our 2nd conference room.

We've updated the firmware, and attempted to configure the SIP account - however, after adding the account details, we were logged out of the web interface and we're now unable to log back in with the default admin credentials as we haven't changed them.

I've seen that there is a way to restore the firmware using a TFTP server but I am unable to find the required files. I've also emailed the reseller earlier in December but haven't had a reply yet.

Can anyone provide any more assistance?

Please provided the MAC, so I can check if this phone was added to RPS.
May I know if you provisioning the phone with provisioning files or manually config the phone via web portal?

The MAC is 00:15:65:f3:0d:9b - we're provisioning through the WebPortal

Hello Craig,

This phone was added to RPS, so I think the phone already got provisioning URL. During the upgrade, the phone will do auto provisioning and get configuration file from server side, So I recommened you contact with your phone provider or service provider .
