Full Version: Error when Pairing BToE: USB driver init fail, please wait usb install

I was trying to pair a user's 48G with their SfB client using the BToE functionality and ran into an error I've never seen before (on the PC):
Quote:USB driver init fail, please wait usb install

Has anyone ever seen this before or know how to mitigate? I've setup about 20 similarly-situated users without issue.

Best wishes,
Sam
