Full Version: Dropped Audio During Calls

I have full or 3 bars shown on the handset. We are experiencing dropped audio during calls to the point that it is affecting business. This is a new provisioning via Ring Central today.

Firmware for base is 25.73.0.40
Handset is 26.50.0.20

Please upgrade the handset firmware to 26.73.0.11 and try again.

Did your dropped audio issue ever get resolved? By chance are you utilizing AT&T UVerse for your internet provider?
