Yealink doesn't provide recovery mode files directly to end users for security reasons.

Please contact your distributor or service provider to do recovery mode for you, they are willing to help you.

If you don’t know who is your distributor and service provider, or you do not know their contact information, please provide the SN to us, we will help you to contact them.
