Full Version: DTMF Tones to "Inband"?

So we have a customer who is having infrequent issues when calling numbers that require you to press keys etc (IVR). Quite often they'll call, press the keys, and nothing will happen.

After doing some research I found that it might be a good idea to change the DTMF setting to "inband".

Is this a good idea, and is there any chance it'll affect something else in the process?

The DTMF method depends on PBX server.
PBX server may not be well compatible to all three type of DTMF method. So just choose one which can work well with server.

It won't affect other fucntion.
