can anybody tell me where can I change dtmf duration on T46G.

Dear janez,

For the dtmf duration, there isn't a setting in the phone user interface and web user interface.
You can only configure it via auto provision, use below the parameter:
features.dtmf.duration=
Integer from 0 to 300,default is 100
Description:
Configures the duration time (in milliseconds) for each digit when a sequence of DTMF
tones is played out automatically.
