Hi,

We have an XML application that we call from the programablekey.1 and it has been working fine for the last two years.

Since we upgraded some of our phones with the 28.82.0.31 firmware, we had two phones on which the programablekey.1 did not responds to key press (one of them was ok for 7 days).

Nothing happen when you press this programablekey.1 but the other keys remains active.

Can you help please?

Regards.

Dear customer,

This is Aishion from Yealink technical team, nice to know you. My pleasure to work for you!

Can I kindly know what key type did you set?

[attachment=4781]

Would you please kindly let me know what would the phone usually act after you press programablekey.1, would it just make a speed-dial call out?

Besides, I am wondering what relation between your phone and XML application, do you mean you pressed programablekey.1 on phone side, or you press through this XML application?

Would you please reproduce this issue and share us the config.bin file, level 6 syslog and trace that we can debug?About how to get these files, please refer below FAQ:

If any question, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards
Aishion

Hello,

I am sorry, I have been out of the office recently.

The problem has gone on my phone without any reboot!
It has last for several days but now it is working fine again.
I will follow this more closely.

The programablekey.1 is a type 27 (XML Browser).
The XML application just call XML pages on a web server.
When the problem occurs, nothing happen on the phone at all.

If it happen again on any of my phones, I will do the debug.

Thanks for your help.
