I'm using Yealink T46G phones on a 3CX server and I am testing the new firmware before I push out the upgrade.

I have put this new firmware out on a few test phones and it's causing issues with placing and picking up shared parking slots. I've been testing to see if I can find a resolution, but so far nothing.

I do notice though in the web console of the desk phone 'Features > Pickup & Park > Call Park', that the 'Call Park Mode' setting has changed. In the newer firmware, only 'FAC' is available to use. In the older firmware that still works, located in 'Features > Call Pickup > Call Park' that the 'Call Park Mode' is set by default to 'XSI'.

The phone I'm currently testing on is a T46G with a hardware version of 28.2.0.128.0.0.0 and running firmware 28.82.0.20.

After several factory resets and firmware reinstallation, the problem persists. I was referred to this forum from the 3CX support forum. Staff of that forum informed me they were in contact with Yealink who recommended it.

I also have the configuration files available to send for more information if needed.

Hi,

Please enable the BroadSoft feature and try again.
It can be enabled by follow auto provision parameter:

bw.enable = 1

Hope this will help.

This is already set.
"bw.enable = 1" has already been set.
Any update on this? I can offer any information you need regarding this issue.
Also waiting for 3CX and/or Yealink to give a resolution here. Same issue as the OP. I had to manually downgrade all my phones to 28.81.0.110 so that shared park works.

In the phone when it's upgraded to 28.82.0.20, first, I can't get shared park to work in the phone's web gui, and second, the tooltips at 'Features > Pickup & Park > Call Park' are useless. Often you can use the tooltips as a clue to find the proper configuration parameter to change in the template, but here, the tooltips are useless.
Dear Customer,

Please enabled the XSI feature and try again:
It can be enabled by follow auto provision parameter:
bw.xsi.enable=1

Then you can see in the call park mode, the XSI will be available.

@Frank, Thank you for your help.Big Grin

Ok. I have made this change and it has given me the option to use XSI again. However, I still cannot use shared parking. I think this is a step in the right direction but I need a little more help.
HI Jarad,

OK, for the call park problem, can you describe the scenario more detail? I need to check the phone's action. Or maybe you can provide the video to record the issue, then the detail won't be lost.

Also, please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace for me to debug.
Refer to the FAQ to collect the three files:
http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313
To make a comparision and locate the problem more quickly, please provide the three files when you do park in the older firmware(V81).

(You can send the files to Lucia@yealink.com, with the link of this post)
