Hi,
Some time ago we switched from an Alcatel phone system to a VoIP system (scopserv).
The old phones could also be used (Alcatel phones) but we also bought a lot of new Yealink phones (T41P, dutch firmware).
Now a lot of the people complain about the sound of these phones.
The high tones and details are very strong, it sounds very unpleasant.
You can hear the people breath, people typing on the keyboards, paper rustling. It seems like there is no flattening in the signal, like the microphone is too sensitive.
Does somebody has experience with this?
