Full Version: The login authorization timer is too short

Hello

We implemented Broadsoft Device Manager in order to auto-provisioning of the T23G. So that, We use the autentication method with user and password.

But, when the user introduce the user and password in phone, after 1 minute the promt is reseting and the user need to try again and often it is impossible to introduce it. Then, the time is very short.

I have checked the configuration file but I didn't found any parameter about that.

The log show this:

Please, Could you help us to increse this timer?

Thanks for your report , for this issue, we have similar issue before but it is configuration issue. so please double check if it is the same issue.

T23 is using V82 version and load newest CPE kit right ?

【Reason】
In newest CPI Kit , there is a parameter :

#Configure the access URL for downloading the configurations.
#Before using this parameter, you should store the desired configuration file to the provisioning server.
configuration.url = http://%BWDEVICEACCESSFQDN%:%BWDEVICEACCESSPORT%/%BWDMSCONTEXT%/%BWDEVICEACCESSURI%config.bin\

so if you upload the bin file to DMS, then phone will download this bin file again to set the phone to factory default .

【Solution】
remove the bin file from DMS and phone will be OK

If still not work , then we may need your help to get trace files in order to do further analysis.

Trace file including pcap file, config bin and syslog file , we need pcap file to check the communication of phone and server side , we need syslog file to know what happened to phone side , and we need config file to check if any configuration is missed, so we need three of them provide at one time.

Ss the phone will reboot , then it is advised to use a wireshark tool to get the pcap file , for how to download the tool and use it , please refer to the link below :

For the syslog, please export it to server side , before phone reboot , you can refer to the guide download from below link :

I've removed the config.bin from DMS but the issue remain.

I attached the pcap, logs and config.bin
