Full Version: Only One Phone ringing Half of the Time

Hello

I am running into an issue and hope that someone else has experienced the issue, and knows how to remedy it.

I have two phones: a YeaLink T41s and YeaLink W56p. The phones are set up on the same network, with the same extension and on the same server. The PBX is set up through Twilio. The phones are also updated to the latest firmware on YeaLinks support page.

On about half the incoming calls, only one of the two phones will ring. For whatever reason, resetting the phones back to factory and re-registering seems to fix the issue temporarily, but then after a little while, only one phone will ring again.

Has anyone experienced this?
