On some calls we get a loud sidetone, which I understand to be hearing your own voice in the receiver, and an echo. My guess is that the sidetone is the cause of the echo. Most times when this happens the other party cannot hear the echo. The echo is of our own voice and not the other party's voice.
Is there any way to solve this? I searched here but didn't see an answer. Do I just need to make a ticket? Using T215 E2 phones. Thanks!
