Full Version: Yealink T46G tries to make call and disconnects when Jabra headset is plugged in

Hello,

We are having some strange issue's with multiple Yealink phone which use the Jabra 920 Pro headset.
When those are connected the menu pop's up to make a phone call and after a few seconds this menu closes.

It started with multiple devices on the same time.

when we inplug the Jabra headset we don't have any problems anymore.

We already tried resetting the T46G and the Headset but that didn't seem to work.

Any ideas?

1. The firmware version of the T46G, and how many T46G in your side now?

2. How do you connect the 920 headset to T46G? Via ESH36?
If possible, please apply photo.

3. Please help us to get the trace files, we can check more from them.

I think you wrote the wrong word? The inplug is unplug?

2: 28.80.188.8

Yes with EHS36
