Hi,

Is there some way to program one of the horizontal programable keys on a T42G to park a call to extension 70?

I can configure a LineKey to do it very easily and it works well, but as far as I can tell there is no way to configure this to one of the programable soft keys.

any ideas?

Hello,

Please try to configure the softkey layout, then test again.

Path: webUI>>settings>>softkey layout.

Hi Klaus,

There is no option there for park call. only the following:
Empty, Mute, Swap, New Call, Switch Account, Answer, Reject. and in the Selected Softkeys column: Transfer, Hold, Conference, Cancel.

Could it be achieved with macros somehow?

Please use auto p feature to configure below sentence :

bw.enable = 1
bw.xsi.enable = 1

then it will be ok.
