Full Version: T46G Red Light Blinking

Hi there

I'm hoping you can help me with a T46G issue.
We have these phones in our office and on Monday the lights next to our names started blinking red.
By Monday afternoon we could not make any calls. We can still receive calls no problem.

A friend told me this means the phones have lost their connection to their server.

I have unplugged and re-plugged and checked everything is plugged in correctly.

Does anyone have some advice on what to do next?

For this issue, would you please follow below steps to fix it.
1.How many phones you have and how many of them have this issue?

2.Would you please contact your service provider check with your SIP account?

3.Provide issue data for us as below.

Thank you Johnson, the issue has been solved.
The server was restarted but I'm still not sure what caused the problem in the first place.
Dear Customer,

This issue base on PBX server side.
Maybe you can check with PBX server log to confirm this issue.
