Full Version: T48G not connecting to Skype

We have a T48G phone that can make Skype calls via the handset and can answer them but can't make a call from Skype on the computer, and can't transfer a call made from Skype on the computer to the handset.
The handset is not appearing in device manager.
It is also not pairing via BTOE. It will find the IP correct IP address but will not pair

Have attempted uninstalling software completely and re-installing, no change to issue.
The firmware version is 35.8.1.80

Are there specific drivers that can be installed? If so where are they located?
