Hi,

is it possible to configure a different ringback for the second call arriving on a phone? I mean:

- B is a phone with call waiting enabled
- A calls B, listen to standard ringback tone, then B answers and talk
- While A and B are talking, C calls B. I'd like to play a different ringback tone to C so to inform it that B is on another call


Is it possible?

Hi there,

It is possible set different ringback tone when the phone you dialed is busy.

But it should be a server side feature, please kindly ask your server provider for help.
