Dear Customer,
I have tested these files on locally, it can work fine.
Auto provisioning file:
#!version:1.0.0.1
local_contact.data.url = http://10.2.2.11:8080/ContactData.xml
local_contact.data_photo_tar.url = http://10.2.2.11:8080/Contact.tar
Note:
Would you please upload two files on 3CX server.
One is ContactData.xml, another is Contact.tar.
Any update, please feel free to let me know.

You have confirmed the problem exactly. Your test is the exact setup of mine that continues to fail. Why won't the Yealink T29G read/download these files. The logo / screen saver wallpaper / vlan settings / line keys... all upload and work fine. The directory and photos are not being read/uploaded from the provisioning template.
Any other ideas?

"Any update, please feel free to let me know."
Update is still not working.
Confirmed the file structure of ContactData and Contact.tar are correct.
I can confirm that provisioning server is working correctly with all changes with the exception of phone directory and photos.
I changed the IP address and used the following
local_contact.data.url = http://10.2.2.11:8080/ContactData.xml
local_contact.data_photo_tar.url = http://10.2.2.11:8080/Contact.tar
T-29's have no problem with 3cx v12.5 with photos or directories...
Can you help with this problem?
