W56H setup. BW XSI fields are populated in configs, the Network Directory ENT/Group/ names are listed on the phone but cannot be accessed. The screen shows red X'd circle Connect Error! when OK is pressed.

For your problem, please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue.

Besides, how many phones you have in total? And how many of them have the issue?
