My company is using the Yealink T38G phone and when we try to redial a missed call or a number from our history we get a message "Not found" and a tone like the line is busy. I have searched the forums and found related issues but I have not seen a solution. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jon
Hi,

Does the number you want to redial not missing a digit or some sort?
Other words: Is the number exactly the same as you would manually dial from the phone keyboard?

Yes, if 555-555-5555 called then when I go to the history and click to dial that number it shows up 555-555-5555. If I go to dial a number I do not have to put the "1" in front of the area code.
