Full Version: T23G .bin and .rfs ?

Hi,
I need to update with TFTP one of my 165 T23G phones that doesn't boot.
I download T23-44.81.0.110.zip from support download but it contains only T23-44.81.0.110.rom.
Where can i find t23.bin and T23.rfs ?

Could you share more information about why the phones don't boot, is it stuck at Welcome initializing...?

For the files, please contact your distributor or phone provider to do recovery mode for you, they are willing to help you.

If you don’t know who is your distributor or phone provider, please provide the SN to us via email address support@yealink.com, we will help you to contact them.

My phone stuck at Welcome Initializing... please wait.

My distributor is Avencall (Xivo) http://support.xivo.solutions

They told me that they don't have .bin and .rfs files.
