Hi - wrapping up a Yealink visual voicemail app for my company. The main handset in use is T46S. There are two issues that I would like to get answers for:
- Wav.Play works just fine, but seems to play the wav file only over the speakerphone. Is there a way to play the wav file over the handset instead?
- Wav.Play seems to play wav files twice in a row instead of just once. Is this a known bug, and is there some fix for it?
Thanks!
Dear User,
Can you advise the firmware number of your T46S, I'd like to have a local test.
BTW, is it possible to send me the wave file and xml file?
Kind Regards
Samuel Wang

Firmware version is 66.80.0.70. What e-mail address do I send the wav file to? It will not let me attach it in the forum.
Also I believe I actually may have made some progress on the second issue. Could the e-mails playing more than one time have something to do with the default freepbx encoding used for voicemails? If I re-encode the voicemail wav file with sox (the command I am using is sox test.wav -e u-law -r 8000 test2.wav), then the voicemail does only play once as expected.
Dear User,
Sorry for being late, I think you can compact the attachment into .rar or .zip file, or you can just mail it to my email samuel@yealink.com.
Kind Regards
