Hello,
We are evulating the T52S for sale to our customers and notice a critical failure compared to the T42/T41 series. The on call display of the DSS keys is FAR too short. Two charecters is not long enough to identify the DSS key and there appears to be clearly wasted screen display area which the DSS keys should/could be using.
I've attached an example image (with the called number scrambled out) showing red "boxes" where the space is clearly wasted which could rather be used for DSS key view. Currently there is a "Linekey length in short" of none of 2, perhaps a third setting of 6-8 chars?
This feature will be a critical failure for us as many of our customers have line keys identifying people such as Rob, Rich, Randy and the result will be three line keys which all say "R" unless we insist they show first/last names.
Tim
