Hi,

I have an issue similar to this one:

I have no audio with some calls, but no problem qith other yealink phones on the same office.

I have tried it in my office and the problem persist with a new t23p.

It's suposed to be solved with a new firmware for T23, but the newest published firmware is 44.80.0.5, and it's the sotck firmware I have on the phone.

¿Can anyone help me please?

The latest firmware of T23P is 44.80.0.60 now. Please upgrade to this firmware and check again.
