Full Version: T48s show Talking on users who are not on an active call

This seems to happen too a lot of our CSR reps, they are in a call group for the outside lines and even though they are not on the phones it shows them talking on the DSSKeys.

If I reboot my phone it goes away but will come back as they send and receive calls.

Any suggestion for resolution?

You mean you setting BLF DSS key on your phone to monitor someone.
For example, you monitor A via setting a BLF DSS key.
When A on idle status, but on your phone you can see A is talking from the BLF DSS
key correct?

For this issue, please double check A whether enable DND feature or not?

Besides, please kindly provide the trace file and config.bin and level 6 log for me.

How to obtain above issue issue, please refer to below link?

Well I found the issue, but I can not find out how to resolve. I tried to upload the same config and it did not work. It seems a few of the DSSKey (BLFs) are missing the linekey.xx.line =1. Example from the exported config:

linekey.17.value = 254

linekey.18.value = 225
linekey.18.xml_phonebook = 0
linekey.19.label = Kim
linekey.19.type = 16
linekey.19.value = 230
linekey.19.xml_phonebook = 0
linekey.2.label = Beth
linekey.2.line = 1
linekey.2.type = 16
linekey.2.value = 457
linekey.2.xml_phonebook = 0

As you can see Scott, Katie, and Kim are all missing the linekey.(dsskeynumber)line =1.

I do not really have any way to recreate the issue, you should be able to see this from the config file. I also attached the cfg file as well that we are using and it shows all of the linekeys added appropriately.

Also DND feature is set for Off.
Dear Customer,

Only have config.bin file, I can't reproduce and confirm this issue.
Therefore, would you please try you best to reproduce this issue,
and provide trace file / level 6 log/ config.bin file for me.

This is a T48S so the instructions are different from what you'd attached. Here is the file that a local 6 gives me.

I'm not sure how too reproduce this as the presense does not go away. I have an open ticket with Genband as well too see if there is a SIP notify issue.

I'll will not allow me too attach the .log file.
The type of file that you attached is not allowed. Please remove the attachment or choose a different type.
After working with our SIP provider they have determined it is an issue with the T48S. \

The root cause appears to be a T48-S phone issue. The phone is not sending a BYE for the attended leg on an attended transfer. It should send the BYE after getting the NOTIFY. Other Yealink phones are sending this. Yealink will need to be engaged.
Odd question but is it possible to get G firmware onto an S. According to our vendor the G model is tested and working but not the S.

Or is the specific chipset in the models different?

Besides, T48G and T48S have different firmware.

Therefore, I advise you upgrade the firmware into the latest firmware version.

We are using the latest firmware already.
Firmware Version 66.81.0.110

Will provide you with the lvl6
