We are using T21P E2 handsets, I have set them up to use DTMF. When testing the numeric keys tha work from 0 - 9, the * and # keys are registered as 0. Is there any way of changing this?

Can you tell me what DTMF type do you choose?
And how do you test the numeric keys?

If possible, please help us to cature the trace files.
We can check more from them.

Hi Karl and thank you for the feedback, the company that hosts the VOIP system has a number that you contact to test the dtmf keystroke which gives you voice feedback as you type the key. I am using RFC2833+SIP Info as it works.

I have done the log and attached it.

Hi Michael,

I check the file, the can saw the phone send wrong DTMF via RTP packet(RFC2833), but the SIP info send correct DTMF.

So if you choose SIP info only. Or upgrade the firmware to latest one.
I test the latest one, it can work well.
You can download the firmware from the link below.
