I have a customer with 9 T46S phones, one phone has to be rebooted during the day as all the DSS keys gray out. Its like the phone cannot sink to the server any longer. A factory reset brings it back.

Firmware:Yealink SIP-T46S 66.81.0.110

Please advise
HI Sir,

For the scenario, if i do not misunderstanding, you mean the DSS key gray out automatically and you have to reset it to get it back to work, right?
Then can you provide the screenshot of the phone for me to check?

Please also share me more info below:

1. when the issue happen, can the account work normally? Can the phone call in and out?
2. what is the DSS key type?
3. how many time the issue happen in a day?
4. please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue for us to analyze. Please refer to the FAQ below to get the three files, as it is a random issue, please refer to situation 2.

Thank you for your reply.
The DSS key type you set is BLF.
How many DSS key you set? All of them are BLF?

Withuot the trace files, we can not do further analyze. So please kindly provide them to me to check. Thank you.

All keys are type 16, there are 12 of them.

As the customer is located some distance and there is no remote access to the phone it will take some time to get the trace files. Please stand by while I work on getting the files.

Any update about this problem?
