Hi,

We purchase a mixed model of Yealink Phones, and 1 of it is T21P E2. the issue is when i select a from directory to call, the SEND softkey is not showing. what could be the issue and what is the resolution to it.

Hi Mardy,

What firmware the phone loaded? please reset the phone and try again. also please upgrade to latest firmware and testing again.
