Is it so hard question ??
HI Sir,

Good day.
It is not so hard.

The feature we call it IP directly call. You can go to the web interface->Directory->Phone call info, and then just enter the ip address you want to dail in the Dial Number, there do not need to enter the port but just the ip address, then click Dial to dail out.

If may prompt you call failed, that is because you do not enable the Remote Control feature. Go to the Feature->Remote Control, configure the Action URI allow IP List feature.

Then you can dail out succeed.

Lucia

Will I write destination IP address inside of the "Action URI allow IP" field ?Or I must write my PC IP address inside that field ??
your server ip address

In my example, A named sip phone tries to call B named sip phone, so my server is B named sip phone? Am I right ?so I must write B phones ipaddress?
I think i must write my own PC ip address. This setting allows any http client who can call anywhere from yealink.
