Full Version: transferred phonecall not in history

Hello,

I've searched the forum and the internet but i can't seem to find it..
I would like to have the external phone number in my history when a call is transferred.
for example:

External number 1 --> employee 1
Employee 1 transfers the call to employee 2
External number --> employee 2.

If employee 2 looks into the callhistory they will only see the call from Employee 1 --> employee 2.

Is there any way i can change this that employee will see the external number?

I hope there is an solution for this issue.

features.save_original_num.enable =1
transfer.save_initia_calllog.enable=1

Where do i put this? in the Custom option field?

please put the parameters in the auto provision files, such as common.cfg.
I too am having problems with this feature. I'd already got the two parameters you mention in the build.
A calls and is answered by B - B initiates a call to C (supervised transfer) - B completes the transfer.

On phone C, the call initially presents the transferring party but when the B party hangs up the A party's (external) number appears in the display.
The A party's number does not appear in the call log.

I;ve tried this on T41 and T46 and on 82.0.20 and 81.0.110 firmware all with the same results.

The strange thing is I am sure this feature has worked in the past. I'll update the call later with PCAP traces.
as per previous text supervised transfer calls to extensions 601 & 602.
Also the config text from the two phones - some statements may be repeated.
