We have Troubles connecting to our Skype for Business Server. The mtu is not 1500 because of PPoE and an IPSec VPN. Is it possible to change the mtu on a T48G Phone with Skype for Business Firmware?

This is Samuel from Yealink Support Team, and it’s my pleasure to answer this question.
Unfortunately the SFB firmware does not allow to change the MTU, only the SIP version firmware has the optional MTU value.
Would you please provide more details about this problem connecting to the SFB server, for example error message?
Would you please provide the level 6 syslog so we can look into this issue?
