We have deployed T21 and T26 yealink phone for one of our client on two different sites(hospitals). when they call from a T21 or T26 to the patient mobile number and the patient does not answer the doctors room need to leave a voice massage on the patients mobile.
The problem is the mobile prompt the calling party(T26/T21) to leave a massage, the phone goes to voice mail but the calling party continues to hear the ring back tone and the massage is not delivered.
we are using firmware V61 and on Broadsoft platform.If anyone has come across this please assist.
